Throughout this policy, AllZIps^TM Internet Services may be referred to as "us", "we", or "AllZips". For the purposes of this policy, the following additional definitions will be used:

Customer(s) – a paid client of AllZips Internet Services.

Subscriber(s) - any AllZips customer who purchases services in prepaid blocks of time. 

User(s) – Any individual, group or enterprise that uses the services of AllZips Internet Services. This is independent of whether the service is paid or not.

Viewer(s) – Visitors to our website.

Spam - Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) or Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE).

This Policy is subject to change without notice. Attempts will be made to give advance notice of any significant changes. However, it is the responsibility of our customers, viewers and other users of AllZips Internet Services to review this policy at least monthly.

No user may use AllZips services or equipment to:

• send spam.

• advertise a site through the use of spam

• cause spam to be sent by a second party.

• transmit or post viruses, worms, Trojan horses, mail bombs, or other malicious code.

• transmit, download, upload, publish,  post or otherwise reproduce, for commercial purpose, copyrighted material (without expressed documented permission of the owner).

• transmit, publish, or promote any material determined by AllZips to be pornographic, obscene, unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, profane, or otherwise objectionable.

• perform, promote, encourage or enable a criminal offense or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.

• give rise to civil liability

• transmit, publish or promote hate.

• send unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other network users through the use of "messaging"

• Interfere with the internet use of any other individual, group, or enterprise.

AllZips expects to deliver 99.9% uptime. However, neither AllZips nor any of its associates or their respective employees can or will warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do we make any warranty as to the results from use of the service. Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Users may cancel their service at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. 

If at any time a user is dissatisfied with the service or with any changes to terms, conditions, rules, policies, guidelines or practices of AllZips, a user may cancel service.  Except as noted below, pro-rated reimbursements of subscription fees may be granted upon the receipt of a documented request by the customer. 

NOTE: Certain programs create an initial expense for AllZips. In these cases reimbursements will not be made for time within the initial subscription period.

AllZips reserves the right to cancel the service of any subscriber or block access to any user who, in the opinion of AllZips, does not comply with this policy. In the event of any cancellation for cause, no subscription fees will be reimbursed. At its sole discretion AllZips may allow renewal of service to any subscriber subject to a reconnection fee.

AllZIps is under no obligation to monitor use of service. However, user must agree that AllZips has the right to occasionally monitor the service electronically comply with requests by regulatory bodies or to protect itself or its subscribers. AllZips will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private email message unless required by law. AllZips reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole and absolute discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement. 

Users must agree to indemnify and hold AllZips harmless from any and all claims for liability, loss, judgment, damage and/or expense (including without limitation attorney's fees and cost of litigation) incurred or suffered by AllZips or its associates and resulting from:

• enforcement of this policy.

• user's publication or use of illegal, abusive or unethical materials.

• any and all use of a user's account, whether authorized or not authorized, or as a result of the negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any of the terms of this Agreement.
